On January 30, 2026, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) launched trial testimony, evidence, and brief filing functionality in TTAB Center, its modernized electronic filing system. This release includes support for confidential filings of these types.
TTAB Center offers a current user interface with cloud-save capabilities, sharing tools for practitioners and their clients, and more. Resources are available to answer questions about TTAB Center, including an informational webpage and FAQs.
