Patent Center Constant Browser Refresh Issue Due to the Browser Language Setting
Patent Center Constant Browser Refresh Issue due to the Browser Language Setting
Currently, users using the Non-English or the UK English browser language setting are unable to successfully log into the Patent Center due to the constantly refreshing browser. Impacted users can change the browser language setting to the English (United States) setting as an alternative. The USPTO Technical Teams are working to resolve the issue.
Upcoming planned events
Patent Public Search (PPUBS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on PPUBs from 10-10:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, October 6.
During this maintenance period, no outage is expected to PPUBs, but users may experience temporary disruption.
Patents 4 Partnerships Maintenance
The USPTO will retire the page Patents 4 Partnerships on Open Data Portal (beta) and make the data available via bulk Excel file download only on the Open Data Portal (beta) site from midnight-1 a.m. ET on Friday, October 18.
A new Open Data Portal (ODP) is launching soon, informed by the Developer Hub (Open Data Portal beta) and real customer feedback. The new ODP will include a bulk Excel file of the same application data available in Patent 4 Partnerships when launched.

Developer Hub (DH) Retirement
The USPTO will perform retirement of the Inventor Search Assistance, Patent Bulk Data Search, and Visualizations found on Open Data Portal (beta) from midnight-1 a.m. ET on Friday, October 18.
Patent Bulk Data Search capabilities will be available on the new Open Data Portal and users can learn more about the new Open Data Portal on data.uspto.gov.
