Learn to search trademarks using USPTO resources

Before filing a trademark application, you need to find out if someone else has already applied for or registered the same or a similar mark for the same or similar goods or services. Learn to use the USPTO's free searchable database, the Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS). This webinar is free and open to the public, so register early.

This program will be useful for inventors, entrepreneurs, and all those who have a beginning to intermediate knowledge of federal trademark registrations.  Visit TESS tips to learn more about the database.
