Patent Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) and Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private-PAIR) Retirement
The USPTO will retire EFS-Web (including EFS-Web Registered, EFS-Unregistered and EFS-Web contingency) and Private-PAIR. These systems will no longer be available onward from 12:01 a.m., Wednesday, November 15 ET.
Users should submit any saved submissions prior to EFS-Web retirement on November 15. After the retirement date, saved submissions cannot be accessed. Users should use Patent Center starting 12:01 a.m., Wednesday, November 15 ET, to access available applications and documents.
