TEAS and TEASi Two-Step Authentication Issue
Some TEAS and TEASi customers are currently receiving an error message when they attempt to use the USPTO.gov login system stating that two-step authentication is unavailable. Customers receiving the message have selected email as the default method for receipt of the code. We recommend the workaround of switching the two-step authentication method.
USPTO is working to resolve the issue.
Fee Payment Processing Outage- RESOLVED (as of 4:50 p.m. ET)
The Fee Payment Processing outage which occurred beginning mid-morning on November 4 has been resolved and customers may resume making fee payments as normal.
