Join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) for an ex parte appeal mock oral argument practicum. The event will take place Friday, May 12 from 1-4 p.m. ET.
The practicum will offer an opportunity for practitioners to hone their oral argument skills by presenting an ex parte appeal argument to a panel of sitting administrative patent judges. Participants will receive feedback from the panel and will have an opportunity to engage in a question-and-answer session.

Preference will be given to LEAP-eligible attorneys and agents, and to those who have not participated in prior LEAP mock argument practicums.
