PTAB E2E may be impacted beginning at 11:59 p.m., Thursday, July 18 and ending at 5 a.m., Friday, July 19 ET for filing new petitions.
 
Petitioners will need to pay for their petition outside of this scheduled maintenance time or make arrangements to pay early.  Any other updates to already filed petitions are unaffected during this time.  
 
PTAB E2E will be unavailable on the following dates and times for scheduled maintenance:
 
  • Beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, July 20 and ending at 2 p.m., Saturday, July 20 ET
  • Beginning at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, July 21 and ending at 8 a.m., Sunday, July 21 ET
If your deadline is during this time for the petition filing or other associated documents to a pending AIA case, you must use an alternative filing method.
