Come and see actual PTAB and TTAB proceedings, including a live AIA trial, and learn about ways to strengthen your advocacy skills when appearing before the USPTO's administrative tribunals.
Join us at law schools across the country to experience live Patent Trial and Appeal Board America Invents Act (PTAB AIA) trial proceedings and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) appeal and opposition proceedings.
We are partnering with law schools to showcase these live proceedings and to provide educational sessions where Board judges and practitioners will come together to share their experiences. Board judges will share tips for successful advocacy and experienced Board practitioners will discuss strategies for winning before the TTAB and PTAB.
This event is best for patent and trademark attorneys who appear in front of the PTAB and/or TTAB as well as those who want to learn about practice before these administrative tribunals.
