PTAB Trials data at a glance

The PTAB America Invents Act (AIA) Trials Dashboard provides important data on the USPTO’s PTAB operations. Access the number of petitions filed, the number of petitions instituted, settlement numbers, and trial outcomes by fiscal year, trial type, and technology. This tool provides the intellectual property community with a better understanding of the USPTO’s PTAB AIA Trials process.

The data on this page is updated monthly following the completion of data collection. Updates are typically finalized by the end of the subsequent month (e.g., January data is typically available by the end of February).
