PTAB data at a glance

The PTAB Appeals Dashboard provides important data on the USPTO’s PTAB operations. Access average appeal pendency information, as well as other critical indicators, such as the number of appeals in inventory, the number of appeals filed, and the appeals outcome all by both fiscal year and technology. This tool provides the intellectual property community with a better understanding of the USPTO’s PTAB appeals process and enables applicants to make more informed decisions when deciding whether to appeal their applications.
