Patent End-to-End Official Correspondence Maintenance
The OCIO will perform maintenance on the Patent End-to-End Official Correspondence (PE2E-OC) application beginning at 10 p.m., Friday, May 22 and ending at 12 p.m., Saturday, May 23 ET.
The application will not be available during the maintenance period.
Users should save their work and exit PE2E-OC prior to 9:50 p.m., Friday, May 22 ET.
PALM Database Maintenance
The OCIO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems for 24 hours beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, May 23 and ending at 11:59 p.m., Saturday, May 23 ET.
Patent Examiners will not be able to post Office Actions during the outage. Please check system status availability here before posting and plan your work accordingly.
During the outage, Patent Examiners will still be able to view and search applications using Docket and Application Viewer (DAV) and the search systems of EAST and WEST.
Microsoft Outlook and Virtual Private Network (VPN) connectivity will be available, including users with Small Office, Home Office (SOHO) routers.
