WebTA SQL Error message
A WebTA error has been reported to the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Impacted employees are unable to add and save hours to the time and attendance record. The OCIO is aware of the issue and working towards a resolution. Employees receiving the SQL error message 6502 or other SQL error messages in WebTA should notify their timekeeper of the situation and Contact the OCIO Service Desk (servicedesk@uspto.gov or 571-272-9000) to report the error. Employees unable to save time to Pay Period 07 timesheet are encouraged to maintain a separate record of the hours worked until the issue is resolved.
