TEAS Maintenance
The USPTO will perform system maintenance on the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Monday, January 1 and ending at 5 a.m., Monday, January 1 ET.
TEAS will be unavailable during the maintenance period. If you have any questions, please email TEAS@uspto.gov.
Trademark ID Manual Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance impacting the Trademark ID Manual beginning at 11:30 p.m., Sunday, December 31, 2017 and ending at 5 a.m., Monday, January 1, 2018 ET.
During the maintenance period, Trademark ID Manual will be unavailable. The maintenance will also prevent use of the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms.
