Maintenance impacting EFS-Web
The USPTO will perform maintenance impacting the Electronic Filing System (EFS-Web) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, December 22 and ending at 5 a.m., Friday, December 22 ET.
During the maintenance period, EFS-Web will be unavailable.
Users should save all work word and exit EFS-Web before 11:59 p.m., Thursday, December 21 ET.
EFS-Web Applicants
During the maintenance period, if you need to file patent applications or submissions, please use an alternative filing method.
