TEAS/TEASi Technical Problems and USPTO Call Center Connectivity Issue

TEAS/TEASi Technical Problems

The USPTO is currently experiencing technical difficulties with TEAS and TEASi and users may be unable to submit forms. The problems are being addressed by staff at the USPTO. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If your deadline is today and the document cannot be filed via TEAS or TEASi due to the unavailability of the electronic forms, you must use an alternative method of filing.

UPDATE (7:45 p.m.) - USPTO has resolved issues with TEAS, however is still troubleshooting an issue with TEASi

USPTO Call Center Connectivity Issue

The USPTO Service Desk, Patents Electronic Business Center, and Enterprise Call Center (ECC) are currently experiencing network connectivity problems that may result in longer than usual telephone hold times and intermittent email connectivity due to poor weather conditions and heavy winds around the USPTO Alexandria Campus. Connection is expected to stabilize once weather conditions improve.
