RAM, Call Center, and Pay.gov Maintenance
RAM Maintenance
OCIO will perform maintenance on the Reference Document Management Services (RDMS) beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, January 18.
RDMS will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Call Center Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on its call center software beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 18.
The following websites won't be available during the maintenance:
Pay.gov Maintenance
Pay.gov will undergo maintenance beginning at 6 p.m. and ending at 10 p.m., Saturday, January 18.
Credit/Debit card processing for the following applications will be unavailable during the deployment:
- Revenue Accounting and Management (RAM) services
- Electronic Filing System (EFS-Web)
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
- Order Entry Management System (OEMS)
- Patent Review Processing System (PRPS)
- Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
- Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS)
