Trilateral Dossier Access (TDA) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the TDA systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Tuesday, August 1 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 1 ET.
During the maintenance period, TDA will not be available.
Integrated Quality System (IQS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the IQS systems from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 3 ET.
During the maintenance period, IQS will be unavailable.
Patent Office Action to XML (P-OA2XML) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the P-OA2XML systems from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 3 ET.
During the maintenance period, DOCX and XML downloads will be unavailable in Private PAIR and Patent Center.
Production
Data Center Migration
The USPTO will perform a migration on multiple products from the Production Data Center in Alexandria to a new Data Center in Manassas, from 12:01 a.m. until 5 a.m. on Thursday, August 3 ET.
During this maintenance period,
availability of Supplemental Content data for new applications and follow-ons
filed will be delayed in Patent Center and Private Patent Application
Information Retrieval (Private PAIR).
Please
check Patent Center or Private PAIR after the maintenance period for
confirmation of availability of the Supplemental Content Data.
