Trilateral Document Access (TDA) Deployment
The USPTO will deploy an upgrade to the TDA server infrastructure from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, July 28 ET.
This deployment will modernize the TDA EJB interface with Services - One Patent Service Gateway (OPSG) services, migrate Enterprise Application Integration Hub (EAIHub) to eventHUB, and replace Docket Application Viewer (DAV) service with Services - Document Wrapper for Patents (S-DWP) services.
Production Data Center Migration
The USPTO will perform a migration on EFS-Web and P-TACTS from the Production Data Center in Alexandria to a new Data Center in Manassas from 12:01 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 29 ET.
The EIDO support team will perform a backup of the data prior to the product component's migration date, and USPTO data will be migrated AS-IS. There will be no application and configuration changes needed.
Note: The following systems will be unavailable during the migration window:
• EFS-Web for Registered eFilers, Unregistered eFilers, and EFS-Web Contingency
• Patent Center
• P-TACTS

P-TACTS: Parties must either pay fees for petitions outside of this scheduled maintenance time or pay early. Those with deadlines for petition filing or other associated documents to a pending AIA case, must use an alternate filing method. Questions? Patent Electronic Filing System – Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Sunday, July 30 ET.
During this maintenance period, Fee Worksheets and Acknowledgement Receipts for submissions will not be generated.
Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center.
Trilateral Dossier Access (TDA) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the TDA systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Tuesday, August 1 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 1 ET.
During the maintenance period, TDA will not be available.
