Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting the TSDR system from 12 a.m. until 1:30 a.m. on Friday, May 26 ET.
During the maintenance period, TSDR will be unavailable.
Links to TSDR will not be available from the following systems:
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
• Trademarks Electronic Official Gazette (TMOG)
• Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Viewing on the Web (TTABVUE)
• Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)
• USPTO TM Status mobile app
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark (TM) systems from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Friday, May 26 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting several systems from 12:01 a.m. until 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 27 ET.
The following systems and systems that interface with these systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
• Electronic Filing System Web (EFS-Web & EFS-Web Contingency)
• Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
• Office of Enrollment and Discipline Roster of Patent Attorneys/Agents (OEDCI)
• Patent Center and Sponsorship tool
• Patent Trial and Appeal Tracking System (P-TACTS)
• Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)

The maintenance will also cause interruptions to payment processing for users of the Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA), the Electronic Trademark Assignment Search (ETAS), the Order Entry Management System (OEMS), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End to End (PTAB-E2E).

P-TACTS Customers:
If your deadline is today for the petition filing and/or other associated documents to a pending AIA case and you cannot file electronically via the Patent Trial and Appeal Tracking System (P-TACTS), you may use an alternative filing method. Please visit the P-TACTS FAQ page (https://www.uspto.gov/patents-application-process/patent-trial-and-appeal-board/ptab-e2e-frequently-asked-questions) and see A2 for information concerning your AIA petition filing and/or document filing using P-TACTS alternative filing methods. If your deadline is today and the document requiring a fee payment cannot be filed electronically, you must use an alternative method of filing. If your deadline is today and the document cannot be filed electronically, you must use an alternative method of filing. Please visit the TTAB Outage Page for information concerning Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) alternative filing methods. Patent Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Sunday, May 28 ET.
During this maintenance period, Fee Worksheets and Acknowledgement Receipts for submissions will not be generated.
Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center.
Trademark Trial and Appeal Board VUE (TTABVUE) and Trademark Trial and Appeals-Reading Room (TTAB-RR) Migration
The USPTO will perform a migration on TTABVUE and TTAB-RR from the Production Data Center in Alexandria to a new Data Center in Manassas, from 12:01 a.m. until 5 a.m. on Saturday, June 3 ET.
Note: During the migration window, TTABVUE and TTAB-RR will be unavailable.
Electronic Patent Assignments System (EPAS) and Electronic Trademark Assignments System (ETAS)
The USPTO Certified Copy and Assignments (CC&A) Product team will perform maintenance on the EPAS and ETAS systems from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 3 ET.
During the maintenance period, the EPAS and ETAS products will be unavailable.
