EFS-Web and Private PAIR Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the DOCX feature in Electronic Filing System (EFS-Web) and Private Patent Application Information Retrieval System (PAIR) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, June 1 and ending at 9 a.m., Friday, June 1 ET.
During the maintenance period, users will be unable to file in the DOCX format or save any DOCX submissions within EFS-Web. Users will also be unable to access the DOCX format within Private PAIR during this timeframe. However, they will still be able to file, save, and access PDFs in EFS-Web and Private PAIR during the maintenance period.
