Beginning at 12:01 a.m., Tuesday, January 16, 2018 ET, users can access the new Order Entry Management System (OEMS) fee schedule using the following hyperlink:

The new fee schedule is provided in order to bring OEMS in compliance with the Legislative Mandate concerning the Fee Rule Change. The fee schedule provides OEMS users the information and fee rates for USPTO's products and services.
