Maintenance Impacting AS, AOTW, and EPAS
The USPTO will perform maintenance impacting Assignment Search (AS), Assignments on the Web (AOTW), and Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) beginning at 11:59 p.m., Friday, January 19 and ending at 5 a.m., Saturday, January 20 ET.
You will not be able to access AS, AOTW, and EPAS during the maintenance period.
Please save all work and exit AS, AOTW, and EPAS no later than 11:58 p.m. Friday, January 19 ET.
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark TMNG systems beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, January 20 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Monday, January 22 ET.
The following systems will be impacted:
- Trademark Next Generation ID Manual (TMNG-IDM) will not be available.
- Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) will not be available. You can access recent PDF versions of the gazette on the Trademark Official Gazette webpage. For archived PDF versions of gazettes dating back to 2001, visit the archived editions page.
- Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) will be available with reduced functionality.
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) initial application forms will not be available.
