ETAS Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance affecting the Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS) beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 3 a.m., Monday, January 6.
ETAS will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
ACTS Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance on the Adjudicated Case Tracking System (ACTS) beginning at 11:58 p.m., Monday, January 6 and ending at 4 a.m., Tuesday, January 7.
Users should not access ACTS during the maintenance period.
