EPAS, Private PAIR and TESS Technical Problems
EPAS Technical Issue
Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) Users are not able to enter an attorney docket number. USPTO is aware of this issue and are currently working to resolve it. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Private PAIR is experiencing intermittent outages.
We are aware of the problem and will continue to work on the issue until it is resolved.

TESS Technical Problems
The Free Form search screen is not currently supporting the “multiple search” function in the Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS). The “multiple search” issue is being addressed by staff at the USPTO. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
