Trademark ID Manual Maintenance
The USPTO will be performing maintenance requiring a short outage of the Trademark Identification Manual for Acceptable Goods and Services (TIDM) beginning at 9 p.m. and ending at 9:30 p.m., Thursday, June 1 ET.
This outage impacts the ability of users to file new applications using TIDM in the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS). If you have a filing due today and the document cannot be filed via TEAS, you must use an alternative method of filing to ensure that the document is received in a timely manner by the USPTO.
Private PAIR Maintenance
The USPTO will be performing maintenance on the Private Patent Application Information Retrieval System (Private PAIR) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, June 4 and ending at 9 a.m., Sunday, June 4 ET.
During the maintenance period, users may experience short interruptions of service to Private PAIR. Customers who make updates using Private PAIR may not be able to review the updates until after the maintenance is complete.
