Open Data Portal - PTAB API Document Refresh Suspended
The USPTO's Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) public API (link) and bulk download website (link) are experiencing an issue requiring suspension of data updates beyond Wednesday, August 18 2021.
All PTAB public documents are still available through the API and bulk download website prior to Wednesday, August 18 2021.
The USPTO is working to restore data updates to the PTAB API and bulk download pages and will provide updates accordingly.
