Join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) for an ex parte appeal mock oral argument encore on Friday, May 19, from noon to 1 p.m. ET.
Practitioner Todd Baker, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, will present arguments in a mock ex parte appeal proceeding before a panel of three PTAB administrative patent judges. After arguments, the practitioner will participate in a panel discussion on the effectiveness of the arguments and approaches demonstrated during the mock argument.
