Within 60 days after the end of the fiscal year, the Patent Public Advisory Committee (PPAC) prepares an annual report on the policies, goals, performance, budget, and user fees of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO); transmits the report to the President, the Secretary of Commerce, and the Committees on the Judiciary of the Senate and the House of Representatives; and publishes the report in the Official Gazette. During this meeting, the PPAC members will discuss the preparations and process for producing the annual report.
