Where is the trademark application form?

Trademark Center is a system designed to improve your filing experience. It's the only way you can apply to register your trademark.

To keep up with escalating threats, we now require more secure multi-factor authentication methods when logging into our systems with a USPTO.gov account.

New features

Now you can file all maintenance and renewal forms in Trademark Center. Our user-friendly design allows you to easily file these forms: 

  • Section 8 Declaration of Use and/or Excusable Nonuse  

  • Section 15 Declaration of Incontestability   

  • Combined Sections 8 and 9 Declaration of Use and Renewal   

  • Combined Sections 8 and 15 Declaration of Use and Incontestability  

  • Section 71 Declaration of Use and/or Excusable Nonuse (Madrid)  

  • Combined Sections 71 and 15 Declaration of Use and Incontestability

Later this summer, customers will be able to file requests for extension of time, and practitioners will be able to submit bulk updates for forms.
