Application: TEAS Standard filing option

Use TEAS Standard if:

1. You do not want to use only entries of goods/services from the Trademark ID Manual 
2. You do not have the information needed to complete all the required fields in the TEAS Plus option.

Your trademark will not be registered automatically. Your application will be assigned to a USPTO examining attorney for review. Review the application process timelines and other important things to know after you file.

To be sure that you don't miss an important email from us, and to avoid the possible abandonment of your application, we recommend you check your application status and review your documents in our database, Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR), every three to four months.
