Trademark Center is a system designed to improve your filing experience. It's the only way you can apply to register your trademark.
To keep up with escalating threats, we now require more secure multi-factor authentication methods when logging into our systems with a USPTO.gov account.
New features
New functionality continues to arrive every month to Trademark Center. Customers can now request an extension of time to file a Statement of Use in Trademark Center. As forms transition from our legacy Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) to Trademark Center, they will be available in both places for two to three months before we retire them in TEAS.
We plan for the transition from TEAS to Trademark Center to be complete in spring 2027.
