Bulk Data Storage System (BDSS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on BDSS from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14 ET.
During the maintenance period BDSS will be unavailable.
Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance affecting multiple systems from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 15 ET.
During this maintenance period, availability of Supplemental Content data for new applications and follow-ons filed will be delayed in Patent Center.
Please check Patent Center after the maintenance period for confirmation of availability of the Supplemental Content Data.
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the Trademark System from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Friday, February 16 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
• Trademark e0G (TM-eOG)
• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
During the maintenance period, the following systems will be unavailable:
• TM-eFile
• Trademark Trial and Appeals - Reading Room (TTAB-RR)
Certified Copy Center (CCC) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform a routine maintenance on the CCC system to migrate to the Rocky Operating System from 9 p.m. until 9:59 p.m. on Thursday, February 15 ET.
Users will not be able to log in during this maintenance.
Before the maintenance period begins, users should save all work and log off.
