Trademark System Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the Trademarks system from 12 a.m. until 1 a.m. on Monday January 1 ET.

During the maintenance, the following systems will not be available:

    • TM-eFile

    • Trademark Electronic Application System International - (TEASi) 

    • Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) 

Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences (PSIPS) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform administrative maintenance on PSIPS beginning at 11:59 p.m., Friday, January 5 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, January 6 ET.

This maintenance will result in an outage until DMZ servers have cutover from RHEL to Rock Linux Servers.
