Trademark System Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark System from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Friday, December 8 ET.

During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but mark images and documents will be unavailable:

    • Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)

    • Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)

    • Trademark e0G (TM-eOG)

    • Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)

During the maintenance period, the following systems will be unavailable:

    • TM-eFile

    • Trademark Trial and Appeals - Reading Room (TTAB-RR)

Before the maintenance period, users should save their work and log off.
