Trademark ID Manual (TM-IDM) Maintenance
The USPTO will be updating configuration settings to resolve a URL issue with the Trademark IDM system from 12 a.m. until 1 a.m. on Thursday, November 9 ET.
Services - Document Wrapper for Patents (S-DWP) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on Services - Document Wrapper for Patents (S-DWP) for two consecutive nights. The dates are as followed:
• The beginning night of maintenance will be from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 9 ET.
• The final night of maintenance will be from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. Sunday, November 12 ET.
S-DWP will be available during the maintenance period; however, some operations may be briefly interrupted or delayed.
Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (P-TACTS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on P-TACTS systems for two consecutive nights.
• The first night of maintenance will occur from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 9 ET.
• The final night of maintenance will occur from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 12 ET.
During the maintenance period, P-TACTS will be unavailable.
Multiple System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 11 ET.
The following systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
• EFS-Web for Registered eFilers, Unregistered eFilers, and EFS-Web Contingency
• Private PAIR
Patent Center will be available as an alternative to electronically file and retrieve patent applications. Please refer to our Filing Documents during an Outage page for other alternative filing method.
