The USPTO will perform maintenance on PEDS from 12:01 a.m. until 5 a.m. on Friday, October 20 ET.
During the maintenance period, PEDS will be unavailable.
Multiple System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. Sunday, October 22 ET.
The following systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
• Patent Center
• EFS-Web for Registered eFilers
• Private PAIR
EFS Unregistered and EFS Contingency will be available as alternatives to electronically file patent applications. Please refer to our Filing Documents during an Outage page for other alternative filing method.
