Patent Electronic Filing System – Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Sunday, September 10 ET.
During this maintenance period, Fee Worksheets and Acknowledgement Receipts for submissions will not be generated.
Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center.
Office of Enrollment and Discipline - Customer Interface (OEDIS - CI) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on OEDIS - CI from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Friday, September 8 ET.
During the maintenance period, there may be intermittent impact to users accessing the system.
Users may need to refresh the web browser during/or after the end of the maintenance period.
