a USPTO Application) Link: https://madrid.wipo.int/, online Filing will
be available.

users are submitting international Assignment request through, https://madrid.wipo.int/, for online.
USPTO Customer Contact Management System (UCCMS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform server maintenance on USPTO Customer Contact Management System (UCCMS) beginning at 12:01a.m., Thursday, August 31 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Thursday, August 31 ET.
Users should save all work and log off before the maintenance period begins.
