Enterprise Access Infrastructure System (EAIS) Migration
The USPTO will perform a DMZ migration on EAIS from the Production Data Center in Alexandria to a new Data Center in Manassas, beginning at 10 p.m., Wednesday, July 12 and ending at 3 a.m., Thursday, July 13 ET.
Note: EAIS will be unavailable during the migration window. If customers have any issues after the maintenance, please call the Service Desk.
