Multiple
System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems
during two segments from 9:30
a.m. until 10 a.m. and from 8 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3 ET.
During the first maintenance
period, user access to the following applications might be interrupted:
- Certified
Copy Center (CCC) - Fee
Payment Processing (FPNG) - MyUSPTO
- Office
of Enrollment and Discipline - Customer Interface (OEDIS - CI) - Patent
Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (PTACTS) - Trademark
Electronic Application System - (TEASi) - Trademark
Electronic Application System (TEAS) - Trademark
Electronic Application System (TEAS-Media) - Trademark
Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
During the second maintenance
period, user access to the following applications might be interrupted:
- EFS
Web (Electronic Filing System-Web) - Patent
Center - Private
PAIR (Patent Application Information Retrieval)
Patent Customers: During
the maintenance period, applicants may file new applications, except for
National Stage applications under 35 U.S.C. 371, via EFS-Web Unregistered. If you need to file a
National Stage application under 35 U.S.C. 371 or follow-on submission to an
existing application during the maintenance period, please use the alternative filing method.
PTAB/P-TACTS Customers: If
your deadline is today for the petition filing and/or other associated
documents to a pending America Invents Act (AIA) case and you cannot file
electronically via Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (P-TACTS), you
may use an alternative filing method. Please visit the PTAB-E2E FAQ page: https://www.uspto.gov/patents/ptab/ptab-e2e-frequently-asked-questions and
see A2 for information concerning your America Invents Act (AIA) petition
filing and/or document filing using P-TACTS alternative filing methods. If you
