eAcquisitions Tool (ACQ) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on eAcquisitions Tool (ACQ) from 12 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 15 ET.
eAcquisitions Tool (ACQ) will remain available. Program Office users will be able to continue working on acquisition packages and submitting them to Procurement.
Users in Office of Procurement can review documents but should not perform approvals in ACQ that would trigger the integration with Momentum.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems from 12:01 until 5:30 a.m., on Saturday, April 15 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following applications will be unavailable:
- Patent Center
- Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private-PAIR)
- EFS-Web for Registered eFilers, Unregistered eFilers, and EFS-Web Contingency
- Content Management System (CMS)
- Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)
- Bulk Data Storage System (BDSS)
- Momentum
- Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Information System (TTABIS) Reading Room
- Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences (PSIPS)
- Global Dossier
- Developer Hub
- Assignments on the Web (AOTW)

Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform database patching maintenance on several of the USPTO's financial systems from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 15 ET.
During the maintenance period, Vendor Portal will be available but submissions will not be successful.
Patent Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Sunday, April 16 ET
During this maintenance period, Fee Worksheets and Acknowledgement Receipts for submissions will not be generated.
Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center.
Patent Public Search (PPUBs) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on PPUBs beginning at 10 p.m., Sunday, April 16 and ending at 3 a.m., Monday, April 17 ET.
During this deployment period, PPUBs will be unavailable.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform a data sync/migration on S-OPSG from the Production Data Center in Alexandria to a new Data Center in Manassas from 12:01 a.m. until 2 a.m. on Monday, April 17 ET.
Please note that these applications will not be available during the migration window:

Application System International (TEASi) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance
on the TEASi systems from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 22 ET.
To minimize the risk of
disruption, we recommend closing any active sessions and stopping your work
between 9 and 9:30 a.m. ET.
