Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (P-TACTS)
Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance on the
P-TACTS systems for from 8:30 p.m. until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, January 30 ET.

During the maintenance period, P-TACTS (internal
& external) will be unavailable.

Parties must either pay fees for petitions
outside of this scheduled maintenance time or pay early. Those with deadlines
for petition filing or other associated documents to a pending AIA case, must
use an alternate filing method.

Patent Office Action to XML (P-OA2XML) Maintenance

The
USPTO will perform maintenance on P-OA2XML from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on
Wednesday, February 1 ET.

During
the maintenance period, DOCX and XML downloads will not be available in Private
PAIR and Patent Center.

Users
should save all work and log off before the maintenance period begins.

Integrated Quality System (IQS) Maintenance

The
USPTO will perform maintenance on the IQS systems from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30
a.m. on Wednesday, February 1 ET.

During
the maintenance period, IQS will be unavailable.

Users
should save all work and log off before the maintenance period begins.

Multiple Systems Maintenance

The
USPTO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems from 12:01 a.m. until
5:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 2 ET.

During
this maintenance period, availability of Supplemental Content data for new
applications and follow-ons filed will be delayed in the following systems:

Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)

Please
check Patent Center or Private-PAIR after the maintenance period for
confirmation of availability of the Supplemental Content Data. If you have

Multiple Systems Maintenance

The

submission to an existing application during the maintenance period, please use
the alternative filing method.

PTAB Customers: If your deadline is today for the petition filing and/or
other associated documents to a pending America Invents Act (AIA) case and you
cannot file electronically via the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End-to-End
(PTAB-E2E) System, you may use an alternative filing method. Please visit the
