Patent Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web from 12:01 a.m. until 1 a.m. on Saturday, December 24 ET.
During this maintenance period, Fee Worksheets and Acknowledgement Receipts for submissions will not be generated.
Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center.
System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) Maintenance
The TEAS System will be unavailable due to system maintenance from midnight until 1 a.m. on Sunday, January 1 ET.
Updates will be made to the ID manual to comply with the Nice Agreement Eleventh Edition.
Identifications of goods and services may be outdated on January 1. Please file saved and e-signature initial application forms by 11:59 p.m., Saturday, December 31 ET.
