The USPTO will upgrade the PSIPS systems to version 2.9.7. beginning at 11:59 p.m., Thursday, December 8 and ending at 5 a.m., Friday, December 9 ET.
PSIPS (https://sequencedata.uspto.gov/) will be unavailable during the upgrade.
USPTO Customer Contact Management System (UCCMS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on UCCMS from 12:01 a.m. until 5:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 10 ET.
Users should save all work and log off before the maintenance period begins.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems from 12:01 a.m. until 2 a.m. on Saturday, December 10 ET.
During this maintenance period, availability of Supplemental Content data for new applications and follow-ons filed will be delayed in the following systems:
- Patent Center
- Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)
