​Patent Trial and Appeals Board (PTAB) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance on servers affecting PTAB Interference beginning at 12:01 a.m., Thursday, November 3 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Thursday, November 3 ET.

During the maintenance period, users may experience intermittent issues with PTAB.

Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) and Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) Maintenance

The USPTO will perform maintenance on the TEAS and TEASi from 12:01 a.m. until 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 5 ET.

During the maintenance period, users will be unable to file Trademark documents and the following systems will be unavailable:

• Assignments on the Web (AOTW)

• Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS)

• Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS)

• Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)

• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR)

• Trademark Trials and Appeals Board – Reading Room (TTAB-RR)

• Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Inquiry System (TTABVUE)

Trademark System Maintenance 

The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Official Gazette and Trademark ID Manual from 12:01 a.m. until 9 a.m. on Saturday, November 12 ET. Both systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
