Office of Enrollment and Discipline Information System (OEDIS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the OEDIS beginning at 12:01 a.m., Thursday, September 15 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Thursday, September 15 ET.
During the maintenance period, OEDIS will be unavailable.
Bulk Data Storage System (BDSS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on BDSS beginning at 10 a.m., Friday, September 16 and ending at 5 p.m., Friday, September 16 ET.
During the maintenance period, BDSS will be unavailable.
MyUSPTO Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the MyUSPTO application on two consecutive nights:
• The first night of maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, September 17 and end at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, September 17 ET.
• The final night of maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, September 18 and end at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, September 18 ET.
During the maintenance period, MyUSPTO will be available, but users might experience delayed response times.
Patent Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web beginning at 8 p.m., Sunday, September 18 and ending at 10 p.m., Sunday, September 18 ET.
During this maintenance period, Fee Worksheets and Acknowledgement Receipts for submissions will not be generated. Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time, but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center.
