Trademark Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on Trademark systems beginning at 10 p.m., Wednesday, August 31 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Thursday, September 1 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will be impacted:
• Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) will be unavailable. You can access recent PDF versions of the gazette on the Trademark Official Gazette webpage. For archived PDF versions of gazettes dating back to 2001, visit the archived editions page.
• Trademarks ID Manual (IDM) will be unavailable.
• TTAB Reading Room will be unavailable.
• Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) will be available, but all documents may not be viewable.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available, but links to and images derived from TSDR will be unavailable, including mark images.
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi)
USPTO Customer Contact Management System (UCCMS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform server maintenance on USPTO Customer Contact Management System (UCCMS) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Friday, September 2 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Friday, September 2 ET.
During the maintenance period, UCCMS will be unavailable.
Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) Migration
The USPTO will perform a migration on the ESTTA server and database from the Alexandria Data Center to a new Data Center beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, September 3 and ending at 12 p.m., Saturday, September 3 ET.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will be unavailable:
• Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
• Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Inquiry System (TTABVUE)
• Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Reading Room (TTAB-RR)
