The USPTO will performance maintenance on the Open Data Portal begging at 10 p.m., Tuesday, July 26 and ending at 2 a.m., Wednesday, July 27.
User might experience a momentary outage during the maintenance window.
This maintenance will provide the end user with improved website search capabilities.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on servers affecting Global Dossier (GD), One Portal Dossier (OPD), and Patent Examination Data Search (PEDS) beginning at 12:01 a.m., Thursday, July 28 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Thursday, July 28 ET.
During the maintenance period, users may experience intermittent issues with GD, OPD, and PEDS.
Public Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public-PAIR) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on servers affecting the Public-PAIR systems beginning at 12:01 a.m., Thursday, July 28 and ending at 5:30 a.m., Thursday, July 28 ET.
During the maintenance period users may experience intermittent issues with Public-PAIR.
The Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS) and The Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on ETAS and EPAS beginning at 11:30 p.m., Friday, July 29 and ending at 1:30 a.m., Sunday, July 31 ET.
During the maintenance period, ETAS and EPAS will be unavailable.
