Patent Electronic Filing System-Web (EFS-Web) Maintenance
The OCIO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web beginning at 8 p.m., Sunday, June 19 and ending at 10 p.m., Sunday, June 19 ET.
Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time, but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting multiple systems beginning at 5 p.m., Tuesday, June 21 and ending at 6 p.m., Tuesday, June 21 ET.
Availability of Supplemental Content data for new applications and follow-ons filed during this maintenance period will be delayed in the following systems:
• Patent Center
• Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private PAIR)
