The Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance to ETAS , beginning at 10 p.m., Friday, April 15 and ending at 11:30 p.m., Friday, April 15 ET.
ETAS will not be available during the maintenance period.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform server maintenance beginning at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, April 16 and end at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, April 16 ET.
During the maintenance period, the below component services will not be available:
• Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
• Trademark Trial and Appeal Board VUE (TTABVUE)
• Reading Room - Trademark Trial and Appeals Board - Reading Room (TTAB Reading Room)
Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) Maintenance
The OCIO will perform maintenance on TSDR application on two nights:
• The first night of maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Saturday, April 16 and end at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, April 16 ET.
• The final night of maintenance will begin at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, April 17 and end at 5:30 a.m., Sunday, April 17 ET..
During the maintenance period, TSDR will be available, but might experience some slow response time.
Trademarks Database Servers Maintenance
The USPTO will perform server maintenance beginning at 12:01 a.m., Sunday, April 17 and ending at 8 a.m., Sunday, April 17 ET.
During the maintenance period, below component services will not be available.

The USPTO will perform maintenance on EFS-Web beginning at 8 p.m., Sunday, April 17 and ending at 10 p.m., Sunday, April 17 ET.
During this maintenance period, Fee Worksheets and Acknowledgement Receipts for submissions will not be generated.
Applicants may file submissions in EFS-Web during this time, but wait until Monday for those documents to be generated. Applicants may still file submissions via Patent Center
